Who We Are

Our Mission

AEE Institute’s mission is to accelerate an equitable transition to 100% clean energy and electrified transportation.

Our Focus

We promote widespread, universal understanding of advanced energy and its economic potential to improve the quality of life in communities across the country through data, advocacy, and education. Together with our affiliate organization, Advanced Energy Economy—transforming policy to expand market opportunity—we harness the expertise of top researchers, thought leaders, and policy advocates to deliver critical, commissioned research, reports, resources, and analytic tools designed to inform decision makers and frame policy debates that will accelerate the move to 100% clean energy.

Our Approach

To support this work, Advanced Energy Economy Institute engages in public education, media campaigns, and targeted outreach to influential leaders about the economic and societal benefits of advanced energy and the industry’s role in creating a prosperous, equitable world that runs on secure, clean, affordable energy. AEE Institute also convenes targeted meetings and events to provide a forum where innovators, decision makers, and business leaders can collaborate to address energy challenges and identify opportunities facing the country. And, we provide informative, issue-based content to other public conferences in the clean energy space.
